Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active California RN license upon hire.
• AHA BLS certification upon hire.
• NIHSS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience with leadership abilities.
• Two to five years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership and support nursing teams.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and clinical decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities
