Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to lead a busy Main Operating Room team in Santa Rosa, CA. This full-time, permanent role focuses on leadership, teamwork, and delivering exceptional patient care in a high-demand perioperative setting.

The Charge RN will oversee daily OR operations, mentor staff, and coordinate surgical workflows while collaborating closely with surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active California RN License.
• BLS - AHA certification.
• 1 year of RN experience with leadership.
• 2+ years of recent Peri-Anesthesia RN experience.
• Acute care hospital experience.
• OR/Perioperative nursing experience.
• RN leadership experience.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire.
