Wellpath is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse in Wisconsin for 0.9 FTE with three 12-hour night shifts (1800-0630) and weekend/holiday rotations. The role involves overseeing nursing care in the unit, supervising staff, and ensuring quality patient care in a patient-centered environment.

Compensation ranges from $42.54 to $47.27 per hour, reflecting a full-time-equivalent commitment and Great benefits. This is a full-time position located in Wisconsin facilities.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the total health care delivery in the assigned unit and coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Monitor nursing service, maintain records, and identify problems with corrective actions.
• Assist with staff orientation, training, evaluations, and coordinate staffing levels.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of the unit and manage equipment and supplies.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and maintain a professional atmosphere.
