Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years RN experience with charge-related duties and an active RN license. BLS certification within 30 days is required, with 12-hour night shifts and potential nightly coverage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of RN experience with 2 years of Relief or Dedicated Charge RN experience.
  • Registered Nurse License must be active.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient care as a leadership position and liaison between staff and management.
  • Evaluate patients, create care plans, and monitor responses to treatment.
  • Follow nursing regulations and organizational priorities to promote quality care.
