Regions Hospital is seeking a compassionate Charge RN for the Mental Health unit to lead nursing care for adults with acute mental health needs. The role supports a 20-private-room unit with specialized spaces and a team dedicated to patient-centered care.

This position emphasizes leadership on the night shift, 0.70 FTE, and every-other-weekend rotation, with a focus on safety, collaboration, and exemplary nursing practices within a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 1 year RN experience.
• Minnesota RN license.
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult mental health patients.
• Serve as Charge RN on nights with 0.70 FTE and every other weekend rotation.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure accurate documentation.
