Job Summary

The Charge RN ensures high-quality, patient-centered care at the ER during your shift, collaborating with management to direct nursing care, support staff, and uphold organizational values to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admission and discharge for efficient throughput.
• Assess and improve the quality of care provided.
• Support teamwork and service recovery initiatives.
• Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; Bachelor's Degree required or within 3 years of hire.
• Valid RN license in the practicing state or multi-state license.
• Current AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Previous ER RN experience required; leadership experience preferred.

Additional Details

This is a full-time night shift position, with 12-hour shifts from approximately 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including rotating weekends and holidays.
