Qualifications

• Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• RN license current in state of practice (NLC if applicable).
• Maintains required competencies and certifications for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff per policy.
