Job summary

Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

This full-time, day-shift role offers 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, and a generous benefits package, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and pay rates between $39 and $48 per hour depending

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
