Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle on a busy shift. You will communicate patient care needs and staff concerns to leadership and act as a resource for the team.

Requirements include a Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of hospital experience; a Bachelor's degree and specialty certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program is required.
• One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate license is required. BLS certification is required.
• Two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced certification in specialty area, if applicable.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum). Demonstrated clinical competency.
