Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Charge RN for the Cardiac Step Down Unit in Albuquerque, NM. The 38-bed unit provides telemetry monitoring and a collaborative approach to care, with a focus on patient-centric outcomes and discharge planning.

You will work 12 hour days in a full-time role with 0.90 FTE, Salary range is supported by bonuses and shift differentials. Opportunities for tuition reimbursement and clinical advancement are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• State NM or Compact State Nursing License
• BLS certification required at time of hire
• ACLS certification; PALS beneficial
• Specialty certifications in area of practice preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care on the Cardiac Step Down unit with telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage patients post-MI, post-PCI, pacemaker implants or EP procedures as applicable.
