Position Summary

The Charge Nurse provides quality care within the scope of practice, manages nursing staff, ensures a safe environment, and promotes best practices in nursing.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active RN licensure in the state of employment
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state laws and regulations
• Completion of clinical competencies

Essential Functions
