Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate delivery of nursing care across the patient lifecycle. You will provide clinical care as needed and relay patient care and staffing concerns to leadership.

Required are GA RN licensure, ACLS and PALS certifications, and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth within Piedmont Columbus Midtown.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized nursing program (Required).
• 1 year nursing experience in a hospital setting (Required).
• RN licensure in Georgia (Required).
• ACLS and PALS certifications (Required).
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification prior to independent infusion administration (Required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through lifecycle and address shift operational issues.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
