Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Georgia is seeking an experienced registered nurse to coordinate the delivery of high-quality care across the patient lifecycle. The role requires adapting care during census fluctuations and providing clinical support as needed.

You will communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leaders, serving as a resource to the nursing team and guiding others toward best practices.

Qualifications

• RN license required; nursing degree from an accredited school.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required.
• 2 years or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Georgia state licensure and/or multistate licensure required.
• ACLS/PALS/other certifications as applicable per addendum may be required within 180 days.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serve as resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
