Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an RN Clinical Charge Nurse to lead daily unit operations and oversee safe, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and effective teamwork to coordinate staffing, rounds, and hand-offs.

The incumbent will drive evidence-based practice, monitor safety and ethics, and participate in quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; RN licensure in state or multi-state compact.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; 2+ years in charge roles preferred.
• Current BLS certification; specialty certification preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and teamwork-focused collaboration.
