Responsibilities

• Oversee the total health care delivery system in the assigned unit and coordinate patient care.

• Maintain records, monitor nursing service, and identify/correct issues.
• Ensure unit cleanliness, equipment readiness, and professional atmosphere.
• Lead staff orientation, training, and evaluations; manage staffing to meet requirements.
