Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to oversee the nursing unit's health care delivery, including data collection, nursing diagnoses, and care evaluation. You will supervise patient teaching and ensure appropriate service delivery and quality care.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of employment and CPR certification, with at least one year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total health care delivery system in the nursing unit and coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Monitor nursing service, maintain accurate records, and identify potential problems, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations, and coordinate staffing levels to meet contractual requirements.
