Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Texas RN license or compact license to practice.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Experience levels: RN I (<1 year) to RN IV (10+ years).

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate nursing care per nursing skills inventory and patient age needs.
• Coordinates nursing care with interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Directs and may delegate tasks to healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Develops and implements discharge or transfer plans.
• Participates in system-wide evaluation and process improvement.
