Qualifications

• BSN or higher required.
• Two years RN experience; supervisory/management experience preferred.
• RN license in good standing in state or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and unit operations and provides direct patient care.
• Ensures delivery of safe and high-quality patient care on the unit.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, admissions, discharges and transfers to maintain care quality.
• Oversees staff development, coaching, and performance management.
• Contributes to budgeting, regulatory compliance and quality improvement activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Nursing diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be considered in lieu of BSN
