Job summary

Queenstown Landing in Queenstown, MD seeks a Charge Nurse for a full-time shift schedule (3-11 PM and 11 PM-7 AM). The role administers medications and coordinates medical needs with physicians, the Wellness Director, and family members to ensure residents receive attentive care.

Responsibilities include observing and documenting resident changes, reporting needs, and supervising the Wellness team, including shift assignments and instruction to ensure care is delivered as instructed.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland LPN license in good standing.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Knowledge of standard nursing practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administers medication and coordinates medical needs of Residents with physicians, Wellness Director and family members.
• Observes, documents and reports significant changes in Residents' condition and recommends changes in care.
• Supervises Wellness team members, determines shift assignments, provides instruction, and ensures care is delivered as instructed.
