Job summary

Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, KS seeks an experienced Behavioral Health Nursing Leader to oversee daily operations of the Behavioral Health department. You will promote interprofessional collaboration, mentor staff, and drive throughput, capacity management, and safety initiatives.

The role requires a BSN, 2 years in acute care with preferred supervisor experience, KS RN license (multi-state acceptable), and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current experience in related clinical field in acute care facility.
• 2 years experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• KS RN license; multistate license accepted.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
