Aliya of Crestwood is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide total nursing care for residents on the assigned unit in our Illinois facility. You will supervise staff, delegate tasks, administer medications, and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
• Active RN license in Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow facility policies and support quality care.
• Ability to work with residents of varying ages and medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents on assigned unit during scheduled shift.
• Collaborate with allied health team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policy and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain an environment that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Educate residents and families about care plans, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor team performance and support staff development, evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.
• Assign and oversee nursing duties to ensure tasks are completed appropriately and efficiently.
• Stay current on facility procedures and participate in in-service and continuing education.
