Qualifications

Nursing Team Coordinator (RN) - PCU/Telemetry

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift with a 2-year commitment.

Schedule: 3x12s, Night Shift (7p-7a), Rotating Weekends.

About the Team

Join our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry unit. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5. We are staffed with RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for patients primarily diagnosed with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions.

How You’ll Contribute

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina or from a compact state.
