Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a compassionate licensed nurse to join a supportive, growth‑oriented team and provide high‑quality resident care.

You will monitor vitals, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Daily Pay, competitive pay with shift differentials, and benefits await in a newly managed facility.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri (required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a resident-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with ADLs.
• Document care accurately and follow care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
