Job summary

Park Manor of The Woodlands, part of HMG Healthcare, is seeking a LVN/RN Charge Nurse to join our compassionate care team in The Woodlands, TX. You will provide direct nursing care under supervision, monitor patients, administer medications, and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Minimum qualifications include a Texas LVN/RN license, completion of an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas LVN/RN license and current BLS certification.
• Experience as LVN or RN in clinical setting.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.
• Assist physicians and RNs during exams and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment compliant with regulations.
