The Park in Plano is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to lead quality care and support resident well-being in a full-time capacity. You will supervise care delivery, administer medications, and ensure care plans are followed with strict adherence to policy and physician orders.

Ideal candidates will hold an RN or LVN license in good standing, excel in documentation and triage situations, and mentor staff during shifts while maintaining high safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Ability to organize workflows and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct care teams and guide Nurse Aides.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Implement and monitor resident care plans.
• Perform treatments and transcribe physician orders.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports and educate staff on policies.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing needs by arranging replacements.
