South Haven Living Center is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) to lead and support the clinical team, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and work with CNAs, providers, and therapists to maintain high-quality outcomes. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Your Role as a Charge Nurse
