South Haven Living Center is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our collaborative care team as Charge Nurses. You will lead the nursing staff, ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care, and support families.

We value teamwork, stable scheduling where possible, and a positive culture change. New grads welcome; RN/LPN license and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach.
• Long-term care experience preferred, not required.

Responsabilités

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Resident assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaboration with CNAs, providers, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams.
