Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN or RN program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical care during supervisory shifts.
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel; coordinate with physicians and other professionals.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with policy and physician orders.
• Manage nursing staff to minimize overtime and agency usage.
• Assess staff performance against unit standards and goals.
• Conduct regular shift meetings and report updates to DON.
