Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Mentor and educate nursing staff; coordinate with physicians.
• Lead shift nursing assignments and manage unit to minimize overtime.
• Oversee MDS process accuracy and PCC utilization.
