Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice, required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shift.
• Coordinate with physicians and other professionals for resident care.
• Ensure timely medication administration and physician orders compliance.
• Maintain high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
