ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center in Clyde, Texas is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time role in a specialized LTAC setting.

You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians, monitor progress, administer meds, educate families, and uphold regulatory standards. A valid RN license is required with BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a team-oriented mindset.

• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
