ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with Vibra Healthcare, LLC as LTAC partner. This role involves providing direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients in a specialty LTAC setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, current RN license, BLS; ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
