The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates nursing care delivery, provides leadership in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff, and serves as a role model and resource for staff.
Experience: One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing preferred but not required.
Additional preferred experience includes prior emergency or critical care, working with vents/trachs/PICC lines, and two years of direct patient care.
