Job summary

Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care, supervise auxiliary staff, and maintain accurate patient records in our unit. You will support the supervisor in all nursing service activities to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires state RN licensure, nursing school graduation, and preferably 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience. You will participate in care planning, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and peers

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• Graduate of Registered School of Nursing.
• 2 years Skilled Nursing Home LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor by participating in nursing service activities to ensure good resident care.
• Know the Fire, Safety, and Disaster Manual and follow it.
• Perform nursing techniques for comfort and well-being of residents.
• Administer medications as prescribed (oral and injections) and assist with treatments.
• Record and report patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
• Maintain nursing care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Promote positive relationships with staff, patients, families and visitors.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing staff development.
