• Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with care documentation.
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel; coordinate with physicians and other professionals.
• Ensure timely and accurate medication administration and physician orders.
• Coordinate shift assignments and ensure adequate staffing and break coverage.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide care aligned with resident needs.
