Job summary

Health Marketing seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cardiac Telemetry unit to deliver high-level cardiac care outside the ICU. You will monitor heart rhythms, interpret ECGs, and respond quickly to emergencies on a dedicated two-unit service.

You will care for post-surgical cardiac patients, collaborate with cardiology teams, and pursue leadership roles within 18-24 months in a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program, current Missouri RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS within 6 months.

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cardiac Telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze patient heart rhythms, interpret ECGs, identify arrhythmias, and respond to emergencies.
• Care for post-surgical cardiac patients, including those recovering from open heart surgeries, catheterizations, and device placements.
• Collaborate with cardiology providers to deliver evidence-based, high-level critical care outside of ICU.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program, current Missouri RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS within 6 months.
• Prior clinical experience and basic computer skills preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities are required.
