The ideal candidate will have an active MA RN license, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and prior leadership experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification as required
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide shift-level supervision and direction to nursing staff
• Coordinate staffing needs and on-call coverage
• Oversee nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges; assist with documentation and regulatory readiness
• Promote HIPAA compliance and accreditation readiness
• Mentor and onboard new nursing staff; foster a collaborative team environment
