Pyramid Healthcare in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our inpatient behavioral health team as Nurse Supervisor. You will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient care within a safe, recovery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with behavioral health or detoxification settings
• Ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing team
• Monitor high-risk patients to ensure safety, quality care, and continuity of treatment
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with medications and discharge instructions
• Oversee detoxification protocols and monitor patient progress
• Maintain census and bed management information
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of nursing staff
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and pharmacy partners
• Provide direct patient care as needed, including assessments and emergency response
