Emerald Care Center Claremore is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Charge Nurse for a full-time night shift in Claremore, OK. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure resident well-being.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, updating care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Competenze

• Licensed practical nurse license (OK) is required.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program; RN license acceptable.
• CPR/BLS certification current is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift/move patients and stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document progress for care planning.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Maintain clear patient care documentation and effective communication.
