• Mentor and guide the nursing staff to ensure that they have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide exceptional patient care
• Monitor and report patient progress and any changes in condition to the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our care meets the highest standards

About the Role:

As a Charge Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care in a warm and supportive environment. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding our team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure that they have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide exceptional patient care.
