Job summary

Orchard Park Surgery Center seeks a Charge RN to lead PreOp and PACU operations, coordinate patient flow, and mentor nursing staff to deliver safe, compassionate care.

This full-time position offers a pay range of $44-$66 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to contribute in a collaborative ambulatory setting.

Experience in surgery management and BLS/ACLS is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years experience in surgery management including pre-op, intra-op, post-op care with total joint/spine experience.
• Licenses/Certifications/ Registrations.
• Current CA RN License.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PreOp and PACU patient care and safety.
• Coordinate with surgical teams to optimize throughput.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
• Ensure compliance with BLS/ACLS and organizational policies.

Pay Range:

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee’s qualifications and experience.

$44-$66/hour depending on experience
