BayCare Health System is seeking an RN - Charge Nurse for the PCU at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, FL. This role requires leadership, clinical excellence, and hands-on patient care in a fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years RN acute care experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• ICU experience preferred.

Position Description

RN - Charge Nurse

• The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team

• Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information

• The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse
