Qualifications

• 1 year clinical nursing experience required.
• Registered Nurse license in Florida or eligible compact state upon hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Develops, discusses and communicates plan of care.
• Demonstrates skills and judgment to implement medical plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Evaluates problems, care provided and patient response; takes appropriate action.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation and audits for the unit.
• Oversees daily personnel assignment and monitors patient care and unit activities.
