Texas Health Resources is seeking a skilled RN for the Observation Unit in Flower Mound, TX. The position is full-time, nights (7pm–7am), and located at 4400 Long Prairie Rd., Flower Mound, TX 75028.

You will focus on prioritizing safety and clinical needs while maintaining patient comfort and emotional well-being. The Charge Nurse will actively participate in shared governance and support leadership on a specific unit or shift, guiding staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN license required upon hire
• BCLS certification required prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care and respond to patient needs while maintaining comfort and dignity.
• Support unit leadership and staff by offering guidance on shift and participate in shared governance structures.
