Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Beaumont, TX. The RN will deliver and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit, coordinating with the care team and educating patients and families. ACLS is required for Charge Nurses and must be obtained within 90 days, with BLS current.

Flex scheduling and growth opportunities accompany this on-site role under the supervision of nursing leadership. A referral bonus program is also available.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state where PAM Health operates, or a compact license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 90 days of employment; ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days.
• Charge Nurse duties may be required; ACLS certification for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide, direct, and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, discharge planning, and patient/family education.
• Support nursing leadership; may serve as Charge Nurse as needed.
