Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a licensed LVN/LPN or RN for a day-shift role at Reunion Plaza Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Tyler, TX. This full-time position covers Monday through Friday duties under clinical leadership.

You will work with the Medical Director and attending physician, evaluate residents, complete forms, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
