The Belmont at Twin Creeks in Allen, TX is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to lead weekend patient care with a positive, team-focused culture.

You will oversee the nursing staff, observe and report patient conditions, document EMR entries, and ensure care plans are implemented in line with policy and state regulations. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license (RN/LPN) in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise CNA staff to ensure delivery of appropriate clinical care.
