Baylor Weekend LVN Charge Nurse at Cantex is seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to lead weekend patient care with a strong focus on safety, documentation, and treatment administration.

You will oversee nursing activities within your scope, document in the EMR, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Valid LVN/LPN license required
• Strong observation and reporting of patient conditions
• Knowledge of clinical policies, procedures and regulations
