Job summary

Brentwood Campus of Care in Dallas seeks a friendly Registered Nurse to provide nursing care within the scope of practice, following physician orders and center policies in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

The role requires an active RN or LVN license, BLS/CPR certification, and willingness to obtain certification if needed; experience in nursing management is preferred but not required. Schedule includes weekends, with full-time hours. Benefits available for Full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Nursing management experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions including nutrition, infections, skin issues, weight loss, or other changes.
• Uses the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring.
• Notifies applicable departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
