Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN/LVN nurse manager to provide bedside and supervisory care during the 10PM-6AM shift. You will ensure adherence to standards, physician orders, and center policies while leading nursing teams.

The role requires a current Texas LVN/RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and strong documentation skills. Nursing management experience is preferred. This is a full-time position at a rehab center in Fort Worth, TX.

• BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including nutritional issues, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other changes.
• Uses the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring.
• Documents and notifies departments of room changes, LOA, admissions, or discharges.
• Rounds with physicians as needed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Provides nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal and local guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current LVN/RN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
